We inspect the finished space in fine detail, list every imperfection and correct it — so what you receive matches the standard we promised, down to the last finish.

Final inspections and approvals with the authorities (DM, DEWA, DCD), then a full record — as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties and a product & finish schedule.

The space is deep-cleaned and styled move-in ready. We walk you through the home and its systems, hand over the keys and access, and make sure you are confident with everything.

Our relationship continues — we stand behind our work through the warranty period, coordinate long-term (decennial) liability, and remain available for support.
