Concept sketch
Every project begins with conversation. After listening closely to how you want to live in and use the space, we shape a direction and translate it into freehand concept sketches — capturing the spatial idea, the mood and the flow while balancing aesthetic beauty with everyday practicality.

Clay Render
To raise clarity and shared understanding, we build a 3D model in greyscale. Stripping the space back to pure form lets you and our team judge volume, proportion, ceiling height, lighting and sightlines objectively, and it exposes any design issue early, when it is quick and inexpensive to correct.

Final Render
Once textures, colours and every detailed option are selected, we produce the final photoreal rendering — showing the space exactly as it will be built. This is what you review and sign off on, and it becomes the single reference the construction and fit-out teams build to.

Once every finish is chosen, we produce a photorealistic render — the space exactly as it will be built. It's your final sign-off and the single reference the build team follows.
